Yosemite National Park | Firefall
Yosemite National Park is one of the most beautiful places in California. Every February there is a transformation at Horsetail Falls into a glowing "Firefall" that is natural and only lasts 10 minutes for a couple of weeks. The "Firefall occurs when conditions are perfect with the setting sun hitting the falls at a particular angle in the winter. The sun makes the falling water look like it is flowing lava. The best spot to view this is from the east of El Capitain.
